To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

預咗母親節質素環境時間等候都會比較較差，所以OK ！今日等位唔算耐，不過都滿場整體食物質素和平時咁好，呢個芥末下一個冇咁新鮮濕濕地不是太脆脆入面嘅蝦都好似冇上次咁香豉椒斑球炒河好大碟好靚仔，呢碟就超水準，雖然平時都好靚叉燒燒鵝米線，叉燒勁肥阿哥勁鍾意，但係俾我就一舊都食唔到🤣米線勁大碗好正，燒鵝有髀位，但係得兩片有肉唔啱我啲腌尖聲氣食🤣金錢肚今日好大件好好味，新鮮蒜蓉蒸鮮魷都有大概五至六件大大塊，底下有陳村透明粉好食牛肉球正常啦，不過不失，但係應該好多肥肉因為食到又油
