Restaurant: Hong Kong Old Restaurant

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 食物失望，松子黃魚很腥，汁太酸。小籠包很一般，X翠小籠包都比他好，D肉好實，烤雙方D汁又太甜。上海粗炒賣相很差，但反而味道OK，全餐只有上海粗炒比較出息，其他的都不好。環境尚算乾淨，母親節週末晚上都有大量空檯。侍應態度一般，不是很好但也不差， 茶都一般，好淡。所有菜式都很油，如果跟老人家去，點菜要小心。去之前對呢間餐廳期望很高，素聞他的菜式quality很好，但非常失望，除了上海粗炒較好外，其他的菜式都不太好。
