在上環近荷里活道的橫街有多間法國Bistros,可能那處環境比較静和有懷舊的背景,母親節不去飲茶同人迫,静静地去食個法國餐,說說兒時有趣的回憶,Bonillon 正是一間很cozy 的合適Parisian Bistro.開餐先serve 一籃 sourdough bread 免費無限添食,sparkling water 就$30 位,order 咗兩個starter,4 個main 和一個甜品。⭐Escargot 🐌有六隻Burgundy snails, 充滿蒜蓉和oliver oil 的香味,用sourdough 麵包點吃,冇得頂👍,未到食main 都食咗兩籃麵包了,escargot 本身有一股好像糖心鲍魚的味道,在咀裹慢慢細嚼,其味無窮😋⭐Classic beef- tartare看似份量少,其實足夠4人食用,牛肉加上蛋黃,超smooth,肉質淋滑,入口溶化,牛肉非常新鮮,沒有絲毫蘇味,加上粹粹的酸味瓜粒,層次感增加了不少😋⭐Risotto用上细細通心粉pasta, 加上cream, cheese 和松露醬,一碟很不起眼白白色的risotto洒上些香草粹,你真的猜不到,這是今餐最滋

⭐Escargot 🐌
有六隻Burgundy snails, 充滿蒜
蓉和oliver oil 的香味,用sourdough 麵包點吃,冇得頂👍,未到食main 都食咗兩籃麵包了,escargot 本身有一股好像糖心鲍魚的味道,在咀裹慢慢細嚼,其味無窮😋

⭐Classic beef- tartare
看似份量少,其實足夠4人食用,牛肉加上蛋黃,超smooth,肉質淋滑,入口溶化,牛肉非常新鮮,沒有絲毫蘇味,加上粹粹的酸味瓜粒,層次感增加了不少😋

⭐Risotto
用上细細通心粉pasta, 加上cream, cheese 和松露醬,一碟很不起眼白白色的risotto洒上些香草粹,你真的猜不到,這是今餐最滋味的一碟,细细粒的pasta, 入口感覺超好,cheese 濃滑有緻,松露香味滿溢,非常好味👍👍👍

⭐John Dory 🐟
食法國餐,一定要試下舊魚,一塊sea bass 煎香,放上蕃茄、洋䓤和酸酸地的pickle,味道配合都不錯,但舊魚有少少"鞋",美中足😐

⭐Duck leg confit 🦆
鴨腿roast完后再加上水菓,今次用上蘋菓,可能duck leg 烤過火,肉質好柴,no good 👎

⭐Beef tenderloin🐂
牛柳烤得剛剛沒有血水,加件鹅肝,底面濃濃地,一塊牛柳挾一片鵝肝,一瘦一肥,超正👍

⭐Creme Burlee🥧
飯後甜品有四粒,creme burlee 讓入熱情菓然後入爐bake,有wiping cream 的 smooth 和牛油的香味,又有熱情菓的酸味,是一個很好的dessert又唔大份👍

四人行平均要$475 each,其實3個main都非常足夠,個duck leg confit可以唔 order,一齊share就啱啱好, 而平均價可降至$400。慳番D錢可以幫補買隻大松葉蟹,一蟹三味清清地夜晚再慶祝過🍷🍷🍷🍷
