留家廚房係一間以傳統天然粵菜打出名堂既中菜廳,仲係2011年榮獲米芝蓮1星殊榮,bookmark左好耐,終於有機會試留家叉燒選用豬既稀有部位「梅頭嘴」,唔用鬆肉粉&人造色素,以廖孖記醬料醃製,即叫即燒,燒至燶邊,叉燒好腍帶少少肥,蜜汁一d都唔吝嗇,好好味留家煙燻雞以鹵汁浸熟後以乾玫瑰花蕾,片糖、甘庶煙燻而成,隻雞真係好滑,淡淡既煙燻味芬香撲鼻,好出色太史戈渣以上湯同雞蛋製成,係北京既街頭小食,食落係有d似玉子,但質地係更加軟滑,幾得意鳳凰焗魚腸面頭放左d油炸鬼,魚腸份量都唔少,真材實料,平時真係好少機會食到呢道菜,可惜原來我不太喜歡魚腸既腥味蝦子柚皮柚皮製作工序繁多,需要花好多時間既一道傳統粵菜,柚皮一d苦澀味都無,個茨汁用上金華火腿雞湯熬製而成,再撒上蝦籽,濃郁好味懷舊芝麻卷唔太削亦都唔太爽,煙韌度岩岩好,甜度適中,芝麻味可以再香d就更好了蛋白杏仁茶杏仁味唔算好香,甜度則岩岩好芒果雪葩用上當造印度芒果新鮮製成,真係好似食緊啖啖芒果肉咁,清甜好食每一道菜都係心機菜,而且食完一d都唔會覺得口渴,價錢都合理抵食,CP值高既一間粵菜餐廳
