To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

每個月都要過黎食

平時我諗唔到食咩又想食好d既話，我第一時間就會過黎九龍城食小曼谷，因為好簡單，而家去九龍城真係好方便，地鐵站一出就到，同埋小曼谷真係永遠幾時去食都會keep到水準，所以一個月食一次都唔會嫌多。今晚叫左半隻招牌海南雞，想講既係佢個份量其實好多，半隻都等於其他鋪頭一隻咁滯，雞肉好juicy又嫩滑，皮又薄唔會太肥，再加埋小小辣汁一齊食真係抵食又好食。之後叫左個泰式干炒豬肉片河又係好正，河粉炒得夠乾唔會太油，同埋d河粉唔會痴埋一舊舊，每一條都好夠味，豬肉片同埋芥蘭份量都唔少又好味，值得一試。最後叫左個細冬蔭公湯，真係好惹味，仲有兩隻大蝦，蝦肉彈牙又入味，真係會飲到停唔到口。
