To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 又到Happy Friday 當然要食餐好,每次黎呢間酒樓都打算係食餐飽同好,今次一行十五人。差不多又叫曬餐牌上嘅點心,不過我依然揀左三樣最出色嘅點心推薦!就係一定有嘅魷魚酥,新出品嘅蒜泥鴨胸同蘿蔔金錢肚。首先講魷魚酥,酒樓炸處野,最忌炸得吾透,不過呢到嘅魷魚酥除左皮薄脆口外,仲係彈牙,絕不會咬吾斷。新出品嘅蒜泥鴨胸,吾係好大陣蒜味不過醬汁酸甜,配埋肉質厚實嘅鴨胸真係吾錯。最後個蘿蔔金錢肚,炆得幾入味蘿蔔SIZE岩岩好,金錢肚份量十足吾會得個幾塊,醬汁小辣,但惹味,多食亦吾會口渴,贊!食飽飽打個分,呢到都依然有九十,希望下次食都一樣!
