To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. 從前非常喜歡一風堂，初初開張的時候覺得一楓糖的拉麵驚為天人而且有一個鐵板豆腐嘅菜式非常美味（不過該菜式當時係尖沙咀限定，不清楚現在還有沒有）但係由於疫情嘅關係已經幾年冇再食過一風堂，今日偶然經過就諗住再食啦。叫咗兩碗拉麵，一碗係赤丸一款係白丸，如果套餐就一定要叫小食加埋嘢飲，否則就咁+1罐可樂要$10，咁我哋就嗌咗套餐啦其中一個拉麵。個小食炸廣島號係正常嘅，但係嗰兩碗拉麵仲唔識形容，又油膩叉燒又薄，完全做唔番以前個水準。只能說好失望。
