Tried this ramen restaurant once before but felt like nothing. Today turn out my friend chose this again but order take away since no space during lunch time.The package is so decent with all the sauces. The soup is very tasty and hot enough. Total experience is super nice!

今次嚟到東涌,喺東薈城嘅呢間一風堂食lunch🤤今次揀咗呢一個拉麵,裏面有辣肉味噌、炙燒卷腩叉燒、紫菜、糖心蛋、蔥花、再有一個另外上的芝麻玉(芝麻蓉)。呢一個拉麵有驚喜,炙燒卷腩叉燒,比普通嘅卷腩叉燒更香,口感更加特別好食。

糖心蛋都做得好好🤤🤤辣肉味噌,係好香濃嘅辣肉碎醬,加咗落呢個好濃郁嘅豬骨湯底之後,真係配搭得好好。我呢一碗再加上辣肉味噌同芝麻玉,簡直係色香味俱全。

辣度方面,我揀咗小辣,拉麵嘅硬度我揀咗普通,師父亦都做到我想食嘅口感,拉麵好有咬口,連湯一齊食,加上裏面嘅配料好豐富!!!

香港其實有好多個拉麵店,一風堂係我之前食完都覺得仲可以嘅拉麵店。事隔兩年再次喺東涌食返,咁梗係要睇吓佢每間拉麵店嘅質素係咪都差唔多啦。一入到門口,其實都覺得裏面幾大間,可能因為樓層高嘅關係,入面冇太多客人。所以就算係四個人去食,唔需要等位亦都可以食到。茶水係檸檬冰水,比較開胃,亦都比較清新。我就選擇咗餐牌上嘅赤丸拉麵。上餐速度算係幾快,唔使等15分鐘就已經出咗嚟。豚骨湯味相當濃郁甚至係濃郁到比較鹹。配菜比較足料,肉嘅份量同餐牌上面一模一樣。中間有一舊紅色嘅辣椒醬。撈勻左個湯入去其實都唔算係好辣。當中亦都冇麻痹嘅口感。湯入面嘅蔥令到成個口感更加複雜多變。麵條都算彈牙,以$62嘅價錢來講,質素算係唔錯。因為叉燒係可以分灸燒或者慢煮,呢兩種食法我都想試,所以我就將其中一塊叉燒交換咗。感覺上白丸元味嘅湯底係更加鮮甜,同埋冇咁鹹。灸燒叉燒係會有個種微微的炭燒香味。但係慢煮叉燒係會更加吸收湯汁入面嘅味道。所以兩種叉燒都係各有特色。埋單嗰陣都係要計加一既,一個人淨係食拉麵都唔會過百。

從前非常喜歡一風堂,初初開張的時候覺得一楓糖的拉麵驚為天人而且有一個鐵板豆腐嘅菜式非常美味(不過該菜式當時係尖沙咀限定,不清楚現在還有沒有)但係由於疫情嘅關係已經幾年冇再食過一風堂,今日偶然經過就諗住再食啦。叫咗兩碗拉麵,一碗係赤丸一款係白丸,如果套餐就一定要叫小食加埋嘢飲,否則就咁+1罐可樂要$10,咁我哋就嗌咗套餐啦其中一個拉麵。個小食炸廣島號係正常嘅,但係嗰兩碗拉麵仲唔識形容,又油膩叉燒又薄,完全做唔番以前個水準。只能說好失望。

92 元拉麵湯底完全不夠熱,簡直是侮辱了日本湯麵。這樣嘅程度連街頭車仔麵都不如。請先調教職員保持食物熱才可以上菜。叉燒豬肉有臭豬味,感覺不是平時高級拉麵的叉燒豬肉,所以有吐出來,其他全部沒有吃, 只有雞肉正常,能夠吃到。檸檬南非茶非常難飲,有阿摩尼亞味,之後要令客人再叫普通的可口可樂。有很多顧客也飲剩此檸檬南非茶,相信此味道難以令大眾接受。全埸有三份一位不開放,有起碼8張空位,但要客人等位,但只有一位職員在用膳。
