快船廊係我同男朋友每年慶祝聖誕除夕必食嘅自助餐!本來我哋想試吓另一間同樣出名嘅酒店,不過諗諗吓我哋都係鍾情文華東方,特別佢嘅招牌芝士餅❤️❤️❤️~兜兜轉轉,我哋最後決定食返呢度。我哋早三星期預約,好彩仲有得book,去到當晚爆左場~今次我哋同樣食dinner buffet,慶祝Boxing Day🎄$888/位連加一,匯豐信用卡有八折優惠,計返差唔多$800一位,可以由6:30食到夜晚10點,時間上來講算長,岩哂慢慢嘆🥳呢個價錢仲包全日任飲果汁(可選蘋果汁、橙汁、西柚汁同西瓜汁等)同埋餐茶,所以計落唔算貴!首先要讚嘅就係呢度嘅環境同服務,周圍擺放左好多胡桃夾子嘅聖誕裝飾,好有節日氣氛!而服務更加係一流,收碟收得快,員工禮貌有禮,用餐體驗非常愉快先講下海鮮吧,有三款唔同產地嘅生蠔🦪、半邊龍蝦🦞、麵包蟹🦀鮑魚同埋蟹腳等等,款式算多~生蠔黎講,我最鍾意就係irish rock,肉質爽口,海水味較重😍平時餐廳食開$50/隻,今次梗係唔執輸要食多幾隻啦!而蟹腳都厚肉多汁,鮮味十足,個人最鍾意就係配紅酒醋,十分開胃!不過唯一當晚比較失望嘅係,龍蝦蟹鉗就有啲失色,味道略鹹,食左一件就無食😅呢度牛扒🐄同羊

先講下海鮮吧,有三款唔同產地嘅生蠔🦪、半邊龍蝦🦞、麵包蟹🦀鮑魚同埋蟹腳等等,款式算多~
生蠔黎講,我最鍾意就係irish rock,肉質爽口,海水味較重😍平時餐廳食開$50/隻,今次梗係唔執輸要食多幾隻啦!
而蟹腳都厚肉多汁,鮮味十足,個人最鍾意就係配紅酒醋,十分開胃!

呢度牛扒🐄同羊架🐏都好出名,相比其他酒店黎講,兩者水準均極高👍🏻圖中可見牛扒中間呈粉嫩色,可見生熟程度剛好!而羊架亦厚身,肉質非常嫩滑,羶味不太重,羊迷一定要食!!
另外仲食咗好多牛油煎帶子,因為廚師即煎,且煎得啱啱好,但可能成本問題,帶子比較薄身,口感就差少少!

終於黎到夜晚嘅重頭戲—甜品區!其實為咗食多啲甜品,我就主攻凍海鮮同埋甜品,熱莗就比較少食
等咗咁耐,當然要試呢度招牌文華東方芝士餅🧀上年第一次食完一直念念不忘😋😋😋其他地方完全搵唔到!上層同下層均用左不同芝士,口感極幼滑,而且檸檬酸度恰到好處,食完唔會太膩!😛😛😛
呢度雪糕全部都係自家製,口味包括草莓、綠茶、朱古力、香蕉同埋雲呢拿~當晚我就試咗綠茶、朱古力同埋香蕉~綠茶味幾香濃,十分推薦!朱古力濃度有少少苦,我個人就比較推薦朱古力同香蕉雪糕一齊食,香蕉雪糕味濃郁可以中和朱古力嘅苦澀,兩者絕對係絕配!
