To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 真心推介!美心中菜我唔會專登食,但呢間真係超有驚喜。呢度嘅相係兩次夾埋嘅。片皮鴨半隻我覺得唔錯,塊皮係透明麽麽皮,唔係平時食開嗰隻厚身皮。鴨片嘅厚薄得宜。餐廳當時做緊推廣,價錢半價,百幾蚊半隻真係好平,幾乎張張枱都叫片皮鴨。桂花糕凍伴鴨件呢個超有驚喜!由上至下:鴨皮>青瓜>桂花糕>薯片超有層次感,桂花糕同青瓜可以去左鴨片油膩感。不過4件88蚊貴,但又值得呢個價錢,呢個我極之推介!我覺得值得食過片皮鴨。韭菜餅我唔記得叫咩名,因為我揾唔返。普通嘅韭菜餡餅,冇乜大特別。松子蝦球沙律呢個必吃呀!晚市我食過兩次,兩次都叫左呢個!蝦球兩節食指咁大隻,一共5隻,蝦係彈牙唔係嗰啲雪左幾廿年嘅雪蝦。嗰啲一條一條係青蘋果絲。整個沙律黎講好清新,我覺得做前菜都唔錯。後面兩道菜:田園蟲草花炒翡翠苗同個豆腐,我唔記得個豆腐菜名喇,都係大路野,不過都做得有心機。總括黎講呢間係高質中菜廳。每次過黎都要等位,一等就係一個鐘,所以要去食嘅真係要早啲去排隊呀~
