Restaurant: Concept Big Grains
Info:

To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

以前真係唔係特別鍾意食麵包，自從香港開咗好多高質嘅麵包舖之後，就發現原來麵包都可以咁好食。蒜香墨汁🥯焗返熱之後，外脆內軟好煙韌！！蒜香簡直為個包畫龍點睛😍唔會好膩！芋泥盒子勁大個勁飽，好香芋泥味，焗返熱之後表皮仲係好脆😍 芋泥同麵包比例啱啱好😍店裏面仲有好多唔同麵包同cake，每次去都有唔同野想試，另外買咗個紫薯麻糬麵包俾屋企人，雖然甜咗啲，但個包好軟熟😍 麻糬又拉絲~之前食過蘑菇包、芝麻mochi，都覺得偏甜，蘑菇料同個包唔係好夾，但包本體係好食的！芝麻mochi就甜得滯🫠😮‍💨
