有次經過見到呢間野,walk in 食唔到,上星期就專登卜檯去食。首先要讚下佢啲位好闊落,唔會好似變相搭檯果啲餐廳咁迫,坐得好舒服。冷盤叫咗酥皮茄子,睇落好工整,似一舊大蘑菇多過茄子,當然食落真係茄子黎嘅。炸皮做得薄脆,冇油益味,茄子亦冇乜索油。味道黎講唔係特別出色,但係幾啱冷盤攞黎開胃而唔應該食滯嘅原意。主菜叫咗個檸檬汁炸蝦球,放一塊檸檬喺底一條蘆筍喺面,幾好睇,不過唔理解佢扮緊乜。食落味道相當出色,檸檬汁雖然做得偏甜,酸味唔夠,但配大件炸蝦球仍然相當好味,我連續食咗3舊,係完全冇膩感。食到第4舊開始有少少嘅,咬塊檸檬就消到滯。主食係銅盤沙薑雞飯,飯焗出黎嘅火候幾好,係老友記講果種「蝦仔米」黎,通常呢種做法嘅飯,大家梗係會爭住食餸下面塾底果啲飯嘅,比我爭到(小小啦),但係只有沙薑味而冇雞味。當然因為沙薑味本身太搶,飯冇雞味係非戰之罪黎嘅。雞本身都嫩滑,有少少雞味啦,去骨上我自己就唔太好,不過都係好味嘅。埋單4舊水咁上下,整體黎講我會揀呢間好過去同價位嘅酒樓。
