Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 在日本開分店多到周圍都看到它蹤跡的牛角燒肉, 終於在九龍灣及尖沙咀開了香港分店.說實在的期望巳久, 在日本嘗過它的便宜, 味美, 現在更竟然開在我家附近, 真的高興死了!馬上拉住燒肉愛好者- 妹妹一同去試試.明知道星期六日一定會多人, 所以選在平日放工時間. 但由於不能訂位, 去到巳有十多人在等, 真的利害!等了半小時就有位子了, 進去時環境有點暗.打開餐牌其實肉的款式不多...見是第一次試, 每樣都點一碟看看吧肉好少.....上級牛肋肉不錯的~店內僅有的2款牛內臟都有點來試, 不過....沒有下次. 跟日本分店差得還.牛腸超失敗的..非常的硬, 好像剛從冰箱拿出來未解凍一樣正常的牛肉味道還是不錯的~試了燒肉, 再試試它的熟吃海澡沙律碗非常的大, 但分量其實不是很多. 還好菜都是新鮮沒有苦味.牛角飯.其實都是海澡加了只雞蛋在白飯上. 如果雞蛋放在日本米飯上, 是很好吃的. 但放在普通的米上時...不太配合. 只能說為了飽肚.在日本吃燒肉習慣了都會叫個冷面降降溫, 所以也試點了這裡的酸梅冷面.面條還算是彈牙, 但湯很咸很假的味道, 再加上酸梅, 整個湯頭都很奇怪.最後點了綠茶跟黑糖雪糕.

因為香港很少地方可以吃到黑糖漿雪糕, 所以也很滿足了. 不過雪糕有點太硬. 綠茶普通.

埋單2個人五百多元, 那麼少的肉, 實在有點不值這價.
店內的幾個侍者非常的呆, 客人在前面搖手都可以當看不見. 問他們問題, 要求加茶也當聽不到. 比起M記的員工更差勁.
還好部長是很有禮貌而已動作快速.值得加回少許分.
可惜香港太少日式燒肉店, 水準這麼勉強又貴的店還是會每晚大排長龍....香港人真奇怪
