Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. 由於喺媽咪正日生日嗰日Oppa要返工,所以我們一家四口就提早同媽咪慶祝,而我們就揀咗以前食過覺得出品相當唔錯喺旺角朗豪坊嘅「八月軒」食晚飯!我們叫咗海鮮炒鮮奶一上碟嗰陣我們見到出晒水已經覺得有啲怪怪,點知食第一啖就已經感覺到有一股臭味,而且啲鮮奶亦炒到過咗火,所以係比較老唔係好滑溜!洛神花黑豚骨嘅賣相表面睇落覺得無咩問題,但食落就知道同上次食嗰碟簡直係天淵之別,因上次係有經過「走油」,所以食落嘅質感係外脆內軟,但今日呢碟係炸到「無啲鑊氣」咁,所以食落非常肥膩,好似食緊一「嚿」沾滿酸酸甜甜洛神花醬嘅肥豬肉咁!松露醬香煎比目魚伴岩米嘅比目魚煎得都幾香口脆身,肉質亦都幾彈牙,但岩米就唔係好煙韌彈牙,質感相當腍身!極品醬油炒飯初頭睇到餐牌寫個名話係極品以為會係好好嘢,點知一上碟睇到個賣相已經覺得係一碟相當普普通通嘅醬油炒飯,因他們完全無加添任何嘅色彩去點綴一吓,而且食落亦都無咩特別嘅驚喜!金沙脆炸蕃薯表面睇落以為都幾大粒,但外層嘅炸粉係非常厚身,而蕃薯就係相當細件,感覺好似係有啲鹹蛋黃香味嘅炸粉先係主角咁!黑醋珠伴豚肉係將豚肉整成一個個豚肉丸,再加啲黑醋珠喺面,雖然黑醋珠有都算幾香濃嘅黑醋味,

而且最衰仲要係霉嘅,

之後我們諗著叫啲甜品,以為會比較好,點知情況都唔係好得幾多,
蛋白杏仁茶個名係叫蛋白杏仁茶故名思義當然係要有蛋白啦,但我們「撈」極都見唔到有蛋白或蛋白絲,
真係祇得杏仁茶,而且味道係極之淡同濃稠度係超級稀!
至於101鮮果拿破崙就係全晚咁多樣出品之中,唯一可以叫做保持到水準!


總括:今晚嘅食物出品比以前差咗好多,我們已經超級唔滿意,
而且海鮮炒鮮奶有問題壞咗同臭咗,
正常嘅人都會攞去換或退啦,但店員嘅態度係超級不滿我們要取消咁,
仲要即刻對著我們黑口黑面咁,
難度變壞咗我們都應該要照食嗎?
真係荒天下之大謬呀!
