To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 晚上八時走入深水埗添好運想食下豬潤,坐下馬上點了蝦餃,豬潤燒賣,賽螃蟹春卷,油菜及黃沙豬潤腸。交了點心紙后3分鐘,除了豬潤燒賣及油菜,其他點心都上齊,我十分懷疑是否即叫即蒸。試了豬潤腸粉后有些失望,無乜豬潤味道。蝦餃依然足料但27元一籠好似性價比低一些,春卷炸得脆口但賽磅螚少了點,咬口少了些。唯一覺得維持水準是豬潤燒賣,玫瑰露及豬潤的味道依舊。感慨分店開多了,老店管理就難以為繼。
