我幾年前已經開始食一鍋堂,嗰時已經覺得佢質素好高。今年嚟食,我覺得食物質素更上一層樓。而家晚市禁堂食,打邊爐都要改中午。午市最平 $128 就食到任食邊爐(包任食牛肉)。不過我哋心思思想食好d,就揀咗$168嘅特選安格斯牛放題。牛肉唔係得肥牛供應,而係好似高級火鍋專門店咁有牛嘅唔同部位供應,我個餐就包左安格斯牛肉、牛板健同封門柳呢幾個部位。上菜時亦有Label表明係牛嘅邊個部位,我哋可以邊食邊學。其實三個部位都唔錯,有牛香味,肉質靚,脂肪唔多且分佈平均。我自己就最鍾意牛板健,牛香味最重又最淋。至於個湯底,我今次揀咗豬骨清湯,有豆腐、冬瓜,冬瓜消署,我覺得呢個湯好啱夏天!而且清湯不會搶去其他食材嘅鮮味~龍蝦沙律丸、貢丸同炸魚皮都好味,我都推介俾大家。連花膠都有,女士最啱。順帶一提,餐廳有採取適當的防疫措施,連卡位亦有很高的隔板,所以都食得安心嘅。另外,卡位望到個開揚景都唔錯。
