To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 其實都幫襯咗好多年,但質素每況愈下,尤其點心之類。叉燒腸以前好好食,但現在腸粉嘅皮較厚皮,麻麻地。另外,最普遍嘅雪山叉燒包,佢都可以做到果皮底好硬又韌,似唔新鮮或隔咗夜翻熱。如果咁嘅價錢俾啲咁嘅質素好唔合理。脆皮蝦腸嘅蝦霉,好在個脆皮掩蓋住都叫做可以食落口😑(唯一優點係環境叫舒適,坐得叫舒服,得一位肥叔叔服務態度非常好)
