To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. Other Info. : 今次係團餐嚟, 唔係跟menu叫, 而係佢一早set死食啲咩, 唔知咁樣會唔會有影響到質素, 所以我亦冇留意每樣點心咩價錢, 我只能同我十年前嘅記憶去比較, 當然團餐同我十年前食嘅嘢有啲唔同, 例如我十年前俾最高分嘅馬拉糕, 團餐係冇嘅, 我十年前用餐時間應該係接近20:00, 今次係17:25
