To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

比快餐店燒味更難食

人生第一次用50蚊ge價錢食一碟難食過美心嘅叉燒飯。一怒之下就登記openrice寫食評令更多人遠離伏店。我一行入間舖，夥計雖然有招呼周到，但衛生欠佳，侍應竟將餐具直接落枱，真係連餐紙巾都慳番，香港普遍茶餐廳都冇佢地禁慳，厲害。都算，反正大排檔衛生都差吾多，食物先係重點。講反個飯，首先，五十蚊既叉燒飯竟然係冇任何配菜，真係得飯同叉燒！(難以置信)同時，個餐係冇包野飲，wtf？Fine, 我就安慰下自己，或者D燒味好好食呢(笑)結果一食落，D叉燒又硬又吾香，重要係涷冰冰，食落都反胃，完全係無法接受。白飯方面，飯有點爛，不過都算合格啦。食完碟飯，我心不甘情不願地俾左50蚊，行出門口，我發誓以後吾再幫襯呢間野。
