To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

中秋節約左幾個fd 去打邊爐響網上搵到呢間...睇完食評，已經對佢無咩期望.. 6 點半左右上到去，坐低，個阿姐就好快咁問我地飲咩茶，我地話諗下先...佢就好悔氣咁走左，過左幾分鐘，佢又問，佢好唔奈煩，就同我地講，香片好唔好啊....之後到湯底喇，我地話要清湯，佢話：你地剔紙啦，我點記得姐，有咁多隻湯底，但係其實得 1 隻係清湯底，覺得個待應好似唔太想做咁.....到點野食喇，剔紙仔既...同之前 d 食評差唔多，都係好慢先上野，所以我地都叫多幾碟，費時要叫幾次..第 1 次叫果陣都幾快黎到，大約 10 分鐘，到第 2 同第 3 次，差唔多都要等成 4 個字.. d肉係有雪既，真係同之前 d 食評差唔多...所以有晒心理準備不過，呢度104蚊，有得任飲(百事可樂、美連達、啤酒、夏枯草、橙汁、仲有隻唔記得)任食，重要唔限時，算係咁架喇，埋單每人都係 104 蚊(計晒加一，茶芥，酒水)。
