To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 呢間餐廳其他分店負評不少，尋晚見佢新開張又冇乜人等位就會佢一會。晚市套餐小菜跟飯同熱飲，小菜大約60幾至80不等。叫咗金銀蛋菜苗同梅菜蒸鯇魚，份量足，金銀蛋菜苗用菜心苗，正常發揮，蒸魚唔好諗住又爽又滑，以茶餐廳黎講合格有餘。碗飯大到食左一半就夠，味道清淡又唔太油，啱我個人口味，懶煮飯之選。熱檸茶冇檸檬，係用檸汁，唔多習慣。老公杯凍奶茶大杯到呢，略嫌茶味差少少。服務方面亦算友善有禮，反應快。環境新開冇得講一定乾淨。
