To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

比想像中普通嘅日本餐廳

「本輯節目獎品獎金非常豐富，其中包括：加太賀日式和風料理送出花之戀壽司20,000件及獎金總值港幣$610,000」，相信好多人都有聽過呢段對白，但係好多人好似我咁未正式食過加太賀，甚至連加太賀喺邊都唔知。咁啱有公事要去土瓜灣走一轉，搞掂之後喺啟岸個地盤側邊條後巷順便食埋飯先返公司，行入少少見有間日本嘢，間嘢叫「加太賀」，心諗原來真係有加太賀呢間餐廳，我仲以為係個都市傳說。既然都嚟到咁就試埋先走啦。其實如果就咁食個午市套餐唔算貴，50蚊就有碗飯或者麵，不過我就係想試下個花之戀，點知兩件壽司仲貴過碟飯，唔理啦照嗌啦。午市套餐我叫咗個「蒲燒鰻魚炒飯」，跟餐送碗味增湯。炒飯嘅鰻魚比想像中多，但係同時青豆比想像中多好多，仲要係最難食嘅急凍青豆，所以扣咗啲分。呢兩件花之戀要60蚊，舊壽司好大件，一啖呑唔晒，除咗大件同貴冇乜特別。總結，比想像中普通。會唔會翻食？唔會。
