預約父親節後一天的晚餐自助餐,因為看到之前食評有生蠔、鵝肝諸如此類,6月又有黑毛豬和龍蝦主題,並有長者優惠,看似十分吸引。餐廳確是提供任食生蠔、海鮮有麵包蟹、螺、蝦等,刺身有4至5款,包括生蝦、帶子,也有鵝肝、羊架等等,牌面食材是ok的,可是吃下去就會發展海鮮全都不太新鮮,生蠔已開好放在冰上卻不新鮮,放著任取也不是太受歡迎,海蝦和蝦刺身都是黏殼,螺、蜆等size全都很小,沒甚麼鮮味,鵝肝是好吃的,只是切成小小一塊。每人獲得一碗龍蝦酥皮湯,皮很脆無奈湯裡只有少數龍蝦肉,缺乏真材實料。儘管海鮮和刺身都below mean,但個人覺得這家的熱盤和甜點比較好,片皮鴨和羊架必試,屬於全場印象較深的菜式,焦糖燉蛋、木康布丁、即製沙翁等都不錯。另外今晚雖說以黑毛豬x龍蝦為主題,但全晚其實龍蝦並不明顯,只有酥皮龍蝦湯和一道好像咖哩龍蝦的熱盤,豬頸肉則是所謂西班牙黑毛豬,感覺有點取巧。當然晚餐人均價錢真的頗經濟,又確是有一些比較貴價的東西,所以整體還是不過不失,但坦白說試一次就好。
