To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

平日我對食無要求，出外食飯，不求惹味只求果腹。今初訪airside，到店點左個餐牌推介白胡椒肉骨茶。食左兩啖還好，第三啖已經唔對路。啲肉無味似湯渣，個湯底直頭無味，湯底連一粒大白胡椒粒都冇。真係杯清水有味過肉骨茶，沒有誇張。基於不想浪費已盡力食，真係未試過出街食唔曬嘢，感覺什是浪費。價錢方面開呢個價九成食裝修店面乾淨。以外，完全不值。同時點的海南雞飯還可接受。感覺樓上foodcourt更吸引。服務方面，使用智能化QR code點餐系統，亦即是有服務等於無服務。環境裝修乾淨程度，不過不失，亦因為新開張關係，環境好難唔乾淨妥當。
