To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

從來都唔會打食評，但今次真係太過分，亦都唔希望有下一個受害者，所以特登開個account寫呢篇食評。由於我同太太係尖沙咀煌苑擺酒結婚，當時的野食同服務都好好，加上屋企有幾個小朋友，聽聞石門煌苑有好大的戶外地方俾小朋友玩，所以琴晚就揀左呢度幫我的仔搞百日宴。希望可以簡潔咁寫低我地琴晚的經歷：1. 食物一定比唔上尖沙咀煌苑，但唔算得上難食，10分滿分有4分2. 侍應全晚發夢，叫左佢唔好係小朋友隔離上菜，佢仲成日係拿住d 碗碗碟碟跨過佢地頭頂3. 侍應斟茶個陣唔小心倒左d熱水落我外母度，唔係倒落小朋友度係不幸中的大幸4. 侍應拿把鈍晒的刀幫我地切蛋糕，將成個蛋糕切到好似用手揸爛咁，雖則唔收切餅費，但早知係咁我自己切好過5. 我打包左盒炒飯返屋企食，今朝食個陣食到有粒釘書機的釘。我屋企無釘書機，所以粒釘一定本身係盒飯裡面。好彩係我自己打包返去食，如果當時無打包，分分鐘俾其他小朋友食左6. 埋單4千幾蚊，但得1個鐘free parking，我寧願佢唔送個場裝修到幾靚都無用，咁的服務同食物質素，一定唔會再黎。
