兩丁友係銅鑼灣,百無聊啦咁行行到一條唔起眼嘅街道,發現左間拳王泰國餐廳 最吸引眼球嘅,當然係拳王呢兩個字拉望入餐廳仲見到有唔少腰帶就膽粗粗入咗去食個晚飯小薯仔最關心嘅其實都係嘢食 鐵板蠔餅堅係用鐵板上,而講真嗰句,呢度嘅蠔餅分分鐘畀出面大排檔既更好 首先蠔仔多、蛋漿係比較鬆軟,唔會太有硬身嘅質感 而大排檔成日都overcook,好燶咁泰式明爐蒸烏頭小薯仔本人都好鍾意泰式明爐 ,因為仲可以呃到一碗冬陰功湯返黎飲 烏頭勝在肉厚,啖啖肉本身魚肉就咁吸受左湯既精華,都會有鮮味但食泰國菜就係鍾意佢夠惹味,又點可以唔點埋佢嘅酸辣汁 溫馨提示:係明爐keep住煮條魚,唔快快手清曬條魚,魚肉就會變老蛋包泰式炒金邊粉 嘩!  點解咁靚嘅,同我中學學生的時期,係飯盒入面果D金邊粉真係差天共地入面有蝦、豆腐乾、蝦米、韭菜、銀芽配料都認真唔少,但最讚嘅係佢炒到嘅嗰個鑊氣,真係此氣只應天上有而佢唯一既缺點就係:要快啲食囉!如果唔係佢嘅鑊氣,係會隨時間所流失,金邊粉會由乾乾地,被蒸氣所傷,變返軟淋淋既質地好似食咗唔少熱氣嘢所以飲返杯珍多冰,椰青,減輕返個罪疚感
