To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

午飯時間，一個人好簡單咁叫左個午餐D，叉燒烏冬🍜。一路落單，店員已經係到左抱怨右抱怨。話咩部機出唔到單，點做呀。餐廳又接到外賣訂單，5碗外賣。跟住餐廳就出哂啲外賣單啦，堂食個4枱客全部無野食，一齊眼光光咁坐哂係到。講真每個客人lunch hour，都係返工放學時間，個個都趕頭趕命咁食。當然都有客人催促店員，女店員一句：啲單出唔到喎，等多陣啦。我足足等左20分鐘，食物終於嚟啦。嚟左個叉燒拉麵……我叫烏冬，你就比拉麵😅？我要求比返烏冬我🥲女店員晦晦氣氣同廚房講，佢話佢叫烏冬，唔食拉麵喎。貼錢賣難受嘅食店，唔會再食。女店員態度世一差😡😡😡😡😡
