To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

朋友話呢間係大喜屋高級版，因為有醉鮑魚，海膽手卷等等，所以佢生日就話黎試試開始當然叫哂啲最多人介紹，例如海膽杯 : 可以唔洗食海膽手卷 : 堅多海膽，唔腥醉鮑魚 : 好入味，好淋燒鰻魚 : 好肥味燒和牛 : 個人認為最好味，所以叫多左轉花膠 : 食過就ok, 冇特別鮮奶燉木瓜 : 的確放題係好少見，好味的確好多推介係好味，但竟然最著普通既串燒雞翼，咩味都冇之餘，咬落去係好勁雪藏味，串燒翠肉瓜，2串都唔熟。到必食刺身，2款蝦(赤蝦，甜蝦)都唔新鮮總括黎講，如果係好飲得清酒，梅酒，紅白酒，呢到係好抵，但如果好似我地咁，淨食放題，呢個價錢就會有好多選擇。

花膠 : 食過就ok, 冇特別
鮮奶燉木瓜 : 的確放題係好少見，好味

的確好多推介係好味，但竟然最著普通既串燒雞翼，咩味都冇之餘，咬落去係好勁雪藏味，串燒翠肉瓜，2串都唔熟。到必食刺身，2款蝦(赤蝦，甜蝦)都唔新鮮


總括黎講，如果係好飲得清酒，梅酒，紅白酒，呢到係好抵，但如果好似我地咁，淨食放題，呢個價錢就會有好多選擇。
