To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

譚仔三哥真係最鍾意食既米線，每次必點搭配三個酸辣味道+炸醬，炸醬我覺得三哥真係最好食，肥肉唔怕多，啱啱好。不過呢度真係要講講三哥既辣度，我最多吃到5小辣，但係我明明係可以面不改色咁吃辣野，川菜🥲而且每次份量都好大，點三送+米線真係食唔完😩呢個時候就可以點少米線！仲可以減一蚊另外佢新既水煮鴨血味都唔錯！當然同真正既水煮味道唔一樣，不過都叫有翻佢既味道🤣🤣主要係個鴨血都幾好食！係可以encore既味道！
