忽然很懷念大阪的蟹道樂,無奈有排都未行得開,唯有在香港搵蟹食頂下癮先啦!蟹膳之前聽過朋友介紹,先試個lunch 就最穩陣!平日Lunch time 原來都幾full, 好彩有book 枱。點了一個行政套餐,是我第一次在港食毛蟹!有枝豆及蒸水蛋做前菜。毛蟹天婦羅,分量小,味道只是一般。再來半隻毛蟹,看上頗新鮮,不過亦略為細隻。按Waiter 介紹打邊爐方法,蟹膏煮5分鐘,蟹腳煮2分鐘。結果蟹膏不錯,很creamy, 可是蟹腳卻沒有應有的鮮甜味道。幸好稻庭烏冬頗彈牙,薑味雪糕也很夠薑,才挽回些少分數。
