To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

前幾天見到我的舊老闆Y先生,想起了舊時小時候的一段往事。 那時候,當我們生意做得好好的時候,就會有團體獎金分,然後那次就因為我們做得好,就有餐自助餐食,而個餐飯就係薈景。 那個晚上,我記得我吃了十二件鴨肝,年少多好,人出自助餐我出命,那次吃完後,難以忘懷,見親人都推介呢個食物種類繁多的自助餐。 十年突然便過去,前排來過吃完聖誕節的自助餐,今天有朋友提議再過來吃呢個以和風盛薈為主題的自助餐,佢知我鐘意日本野,朋友咁細心當然奉陪。 又係一坐低便立刻吃海鮮的時間,又係必食龍蝦,麵包蟹,大蝦,鮑魚的時間,前菜加少少沙律,叫人喜歡這個opening。 紅白酒任你飲,當然飲少少白來襯下海鮮。 從前喜歡吃,今日還是這樣喜歡鴨肝,不過人大了,一件便止步。 當然要吃多點沙律蔬菜,這裡空間感好夠闊夠大,菜都多種類一點,又唔駛迫。 前菜還有我最喜歡的凍肉盤,當中火腿最出色。 刺身種類有我喜歡的象拔蚌和北寄貝,雖然不是太出色的刺身,唔會係外面食omakase 咁正,但你一定不會投訴。 幾種特別的和風菜式為樱花平政魚薄切、土佐昆布穴子豆腐,和風沙律同吉列日本牛,幾種口感不可以話太突出,

朱古力手指,朱古力心太軟,芝麻雞蛋仔,生果都是不錯的甜品,不會相對熟食失色。

過左十年,這裡依然毫無懸念是最舒服方便好食抵食之選的自助餐,說真平靚正的自助餐餐廳不多,但薈景一定是其中之一,毫無懸念大約是沒有半點誇張吧。
