約了同學出來吹水行街。因我倆皆很喜愛食日本嘢,而她在長沙灣收工;故提議在附近有間日式酒居很想去試。於是當晚就由她帶路和發版。食肆裝修得有日本格調,但地方不大只能容納二三十人;但餐廳內坐滿食客,好有氣氛。富士蘋果蟹子沙律這道沙律在夏天食最佳因蘋果爽口清甜,菜新鮮翠綠;加埋蟹子不單令口感豐富,還顏色搶眼。燒汁銀雪魚腩銀雪魚本身肉質嫩滑唔多骨是我的favour。今次揀選魚腩部份贪其油脂豐富,加上燒汁來燒烤皮脆肉滑。鹽燒澳洲羊架用秘製醃料來醃製的羊架,以燒烤烹調後,把水份銷住令肉質鬆軟唔鞋口;而且一點都唔膻。牛肉壽喜燒  Beef Sukiyaki熱辣辣的壽喜燒末食已香噴噴。牛肉份量很多,上檯時已半生熟。我們不喜愛太熟;所以淥一陣便可。牛味濃郁和很嫰滑,再沾上煱內半生熟蛋更覺香甜。而配菜豆腐亦很多,吸收哂甜甜地D湯底;食落更添味美。梅子梳打酸酸地很開胃。

富士蘋果蟹子沙律
這道沙律在夏天食最佳因蘋果爽口清甜,菜新鮮翠綠;加埋蟹子不單令口感豐富,還顏色搶眼。

銀雪魚本身肉質嫩滑唔多骨是我的favour。今次揀選魚腩部份贪其油脂豐富,加上燒汁來燒烤皮脆肉滑。
