拿拿臨趁今期Restaurant Week係四月十一號完之前出曬相關既文先,有興趣既都快啲去試下,不過趕唔切今轉都可以睇Winners‘ Edition會唔會榜上有名或者等下轉🤫呢間係我Bookmark左好耐既印度菜,門面好似好神祕咁,不過一推門落樓梯內部環境好有民族風,而且服務態度殷勤😍▪️Restaurant Week Spring 2021 Lunch Menu💲198 Per PersonStarter - Tandoor Chicken Salad(7.5/10)辣雞肉、蛋、蕃茄仔、西瓜片、沙律菜、沙律醬,整體唔會話好特別但都開胃既🥗Starter - Subz Potli Samosa(7/10)通常食印度野我都會點既Samosa,外皮帶脆,入面係咖喱味既薯仔為主,配上少少薄荷奶油醬😆個人覺得可以暖身少少同埋濃味一點Tandoor - Pink Salt Salmon(7.5/10)呢個三文魚比預期中有驚喜,表面帶點焦脆,肉質保持嫩滑,配上牛油果蓉醬汁🥑Tandoor亦配有沙律菜Tandoor - Chicken Tikka(7/10)另一個常見既印度菜式,雞件肉質未算得上係

另一個常見既印度菜式,雞件肉質未算得上係好嫩滑,但係辛辣惹味既,配上個Yoghurt醬,味道唔會太濃,好似未能成功減低辣度🤣

同樣係經典既咖喱,辣味同香料味偏重,入面係切粒既雞件🤨Curry配有Nann,可以揀要Plain、Butter或者Garlic味,揀左Garlic味,質感外邊帶脆,入口煙煙韌韌咁,而且蒜香都幾出色🧄另外有印度飯,一如傳統既乾身分明,呢兩樣仲可以無限refill,但係唔加都已經好飽😛如果餓既話真係必定會加多幾塊Nann😍
Curry - Kerala Fish Curry(7/10)💲+25
呢個椰漿味偏濃,帶甜而無咩辣味,而魚肉亦都係幾塊仔比較散,相比下無咁鍾意佢🙈

本身想試下印度傳統甜品,入口似浸左超多糖漿既暖身奶球咁,質感黏黏地,但係味道對我平時可以叫全糖既都實在超級甜,呢個甜度絕對唔係一般人可以接受🤨
