自己其實都嚟過幾次呢間餐廳,不過今次就係第一次寫食評紀錄~今次就帶一位從未食過印度菜嘅朋友嚟呢間食weekend brunch ($368/pax),個人覺得呢間都幾啱印度菜新手,皆因佢係將印度菜名菜一次過集合晒係一個菜單~前菜就有一系列嘅嘅印度街頭小食,私心最鍾意就係炸雞,炸皮做得好薄,咬落去勁juicy,加埋蕃茄蛋黃醬超邪惡😈最有特色嘅一定係口感豐富嘅Pani Puri,脆波包住啲薯仔蓉都幾得意~另一份ALOO TIKKA CHAAT都好清新,鷹嘴豆加埋乳酪同薄荷醬幾fresh🌿跟住就會用個好decent嘅層架上Tandoor towers😍 每位客人都有一件chicken tikka, pink salt salmon同椰菜花,每件都燒得好香口,入面唔會好乾,仲要勁~大件🤪個人最鍾意就係chicken tikka,三文魚仲可以搭配牛油果醬汁🥑~之後就會上咖喱同biryani platter,老實講食到呢到已經八成飽,不過係上菜嘅時候聞到陣香味又好開胃~呢到嘅naan做得薄身一啲,底部都幾脆口,最正嘅一定係truffle naan,上面係有滿滿嘅鮮刨松露香到傻咗🥹 今次都要咗經典嘅Saag paneer同埋butter chicken,兩份都好足料,咖哩非常濃稠,個人覺得butter chicken就比較香~Mutton biryani印度米口感好輕盈,羊肉都好香又唔羶🤑整體嚟講,成個menu都幾豐富,將印度菜嘅精華一次囊括係呢個餐單,啱晒人數唔算好多又想每樣試啲嘅朋友~自己最鍾意呢間餐廳嘅一點係呢到嘅環境,成個氣氛都好熱鬧,個人覺得好啱朋友聚餐同慶生🥳而家12月內於 Pirata Group 旗下餐廳每消費一次就可以獲得1枚印花參加聖誕大抽獎,食得愈多中獎機會愈高,頭獎竟然有雙人來回馬爾代夫5日4夜Trip😱 有興趣就12月食多幾餐🤣 continue reading
