住上水的人對這間餐廳應該不會陌生,原來這間餐廳已有四十幾年歷史,搬到嚟這區都有20年,主要都是做街坊生意,是間性價比高的餐廳 。今日我地一行2人,叫咗個酥皮周打魚湯,厚砌牛仔骨,畢打奧經典咖哩雞,焗法國田螺,同埋凍水果茶。先講這個酥皮焗周打魚湯,酥皮焗得鬆脆可口,配合湯和豐富的材料一起用,特別美味。畢打奧水果茶, 特選錫蘭紅茶葉混和秘芳方香料和時令水果一同泡出獨家味道。這道頭盤是法國焗田螺,利用酥香的牛油滋潤螺肉,當爐火把牛油熔於肉中,螺肉變得甘香軟滑,入口香酥,再伴以香脆軟滑的薯茸,半打田螺很快就KO了😂畢打奧經典咖哩雞,雞同薯仔份量也不少,辣度剛剛好,配飯一流!跟住嚟咗個厚切牛仔骨,我叫咗七成熟, 送到來好香,有驚喜喎, 牛肉味濃,鮮嫩又多汁,推薦。👍餐廳裝潢有懷舊酒吧feel,用來打咭也不錯。
