聽說呢間大排檔要早一個月訂枱,咁啱有舊同事離開香港,於是千辛萬苦,終於上網book左位,真係只能訂一個月後既枱。當晚真係座無虛席!位唔算太多,但裝修好有8-90年代大排檔風格!霓虹既招牌,紅A牌燈罩,場入播住廣東歌,用住卡式gas爐打邊爐,這就是港式情懷!叫左一個竹絲雞湯底,個湯極有雞味,原隻竹絲雞係煲湯度游緊水,未打邊爐先有個幾好味既湯,雞肉都幾嫩,開左胃啦!Order 左一份扇牯牛set, 伙計好用心同我哋解釋每種肉同食法,很細心!大概既部位已經唔太記得啦,始終唔係食牛既專家,但牛都幾新鮮,嫩口既,根據伙記既教法,果然食出牛既鮮嫩!其他的配料都同樣 Ok,當然,相比之下,牛同雞湯底會更加出色一點!珍姐最有特色既除左食物,仲有係伙記既熱情,佢哋雖然都偶然sell下食材,但佢哋會主動教你點樣整野食,又會伙記會周圍搵食客敬酒,猜猜枚,佢哋有時仲會請食客試酒!帶動成個場既氣氛極度高漲。當然,食飯個價錢包既,但呢一餐,係食得好開心既!
