今晚同朋友慶祝生日,之前係尖沙嘴行過見到門口就打算試下。餐廳座位得8個,最好提前book定。今晚menu- 我地叫左神石。食材特別新鮮,完全唔洗再加豉油或者wasabi,師傅已經調好食物最好嘅享用比例。食左好多款海鮮。開胃菜係吞拿魚配海膽醬,仲有d番茄。然後有紫蘇葉isaki,帆立貝赤背。好大粒彈牙。跟著師傅細心介紹每樣sashimi同sushi。有鰤魚黑鯥魚,石垣鯛,mok皮魚,梭子魚,沙甸魚。樣樣都好食,我最深刻嘅係係今日稀少部位- 吞拿魚額頭。佢比大toro要更加入口即溶,油脂香好重。可惜得一舊😂師傅介紹呢間餐廳係傳統再加入一d fusion元素,所以今晚有西班牙紅蝦。第一次係omakasae試到,好有驚喜而且好香結尾係海膽,放係手度食好滿足。然後甜品又係fusion環境,係香蕉雪糕配brownie,甜而不膩,都幾清新。師傅同個staff好識得帶動氣氛,同同晚客人可以傾到計,唔會尷尬。令成晚用餐體驗更好。
