位於金鐘The Upper House 地中海餐廳 - Salisterra 環境非常有氣氛。每款食物display 都完美，首先，服務員先給了一碟賣相吸引的鬆軟麵包配橄欖油，放上枱已香氣十足。每口都非常鬆軟，再配上橄欖油，真係好好味。鷹咀豆炸條不太油膩，比一般炸物多了一點口感，滿滿膳食纖維，減少了一份罪惡。印度烤餅配上不同的配菜，有橄欖、乳酪醬、鷹咀豆泥醬、芝士醬...每口配不同醬都幾特別。每條寛條麵沾滿海蝦鮮味，掛著滿滿的醬汁。最後，烤小春雞，未食已經好香，皮薄肉嫩非常juicy，不乾烤得剛剛好。整體上，服務環境食物無得輸。
