To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 從開業至今,一直都有去飲茶,之前覺得佢係白石角入面最好味酒樓,但最近啲幾次都覺得水準有下降,唔知係換咗師傅定換咗食材?之前覺得佢好有水準嘅係金錢肚,又夠林,又入味,但近啲幾次,食啲份量,就越來越少,今日叫咗個燒賣,冇乜特別,乾巴巴就如圖片中,跟住個潮州粉果,個皮好厚,味道一般,最難食係個鳳爪,一啲都唔林,硬嘅,平時以佢嘅價錢應該都係白石角入面最貴嘅酒樓之一,但因為佢好味,所以都會幫襯,但係覺得佢最近啲水準下降,唔再值呢個價錢,服務就不在話下啦,見到好多食評都係投訴佢啲服務態度,個男經理/侍應,唔知佢係經理定侍應,喺佢隔離嗌佢,完全唔應人,就算你唔得閒,你都可以影一聲轉頭過嚟,都唔使十問九唔應,跟住門口個知客,淨係識得喺度撳電話,如果你得閒冇嘢做,人哋嗌你入張單都可以幫吓手姐,既然你都得閒到可以喺度玩電話啦,其他上菜嘅姐姐無問題。希望貴集團可以改善下啦,既然咁多人投訴
