To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

去開 APM 我經常都會到來丼丼屋食晏，原因係我最喜歡它的滑蛋丼，蛋滑滑的口感一食印象難忘，今次又過來又叫滑蛋吉列豬扒丼食~滑蛋吉列豬扒丼 $98滑蛋好嫩滑好有蛋香味，吉列豬扒厚切大塊，炸得幾好炸粉厚薄適中，豬扒外脆內軟好有嚼口，豬扒已切開若干份食起來方便，蛋汁撈飯好好味，大大碗食完好滿足。 鰻重 $98賣相靚仔但飯量少左連鰻重汁都少埋，鰻魚沒有碎骨，魚肉不夠嫩滑肥美，沒有入口即溶的油脂感，但味道仍然OK。
