同朋友食個放工early dinner,食日本嘢「從古至今」都冇得輸。前菜叫咗龍卷風沙律,成碗沙律好大,3-4人share嘅份量。材料多多,有蟹籽,蟹柳,中華沙律,生菜,薯片碎。本身蟹柳同蟹籽已經有鮮甜味,加上沙律醬同照燒汁嘅調味,整個沙律爽脆得嚟味道又豐富。鹽燒三文魚頭鮫好巨型,成個頭上比較少見,平時都係食開魚鮫/魚鰭。燒香嘅魚皮下有好豐富嘅油脂,包住嫩滑嘅魚肉面頰肉又白又滑,下巴位都厚肉,背部嘅肉偏橙色同結實,整體加上檸檬汁好夾叫多咗一串鹿兒島黑豚荔枝卷,黑豚燒得好香,入面嘅荔枝肉新鮮得嚟又甜,一口咬落又有肉汁又有果汁,好驚喜!最後主食揀咗金龍卷,細細件食落/分享較方便芝士唔會太膩,吉列蝦好酥脆,上面嘅三文魚肉厚切,加上調配好嘅醬油&蛋黃醬,為呢餐飯作結。

最後主食揀咗金龍卷,細細件食落/分享較方便
芝士唔會太膩,吉列蝦好酥脆,上面嘅三文魚肉厚切,加上調配好嘅醬油&蛋黃醬,為呢餐飯作結。
