To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 原來老趙只得番渡船角呢間。。。可惜,水準唔得。。。下午茶都做得不好,好難會嚟幫襯A LA CARTE喎。。。生牛肉湯金邊粉(下午茶$50),得金邊粉叫好食,又滑又彈牙。但湯底,牛肉,蘿蔔。。。都冇應有嘅味道,冇牛肉嘅肉;蘿蔔唔甜;湯底冇越南湯粉嘅香味😅連辣椒都要咬先辣,就咁放入湯係一丁點辣都冇😅😂而$30追加2件小蝦餅,的的骰骰,同樣,得鹹味,冇蝦味,仲好油😬老趙竟然變得如此低水準,真可惜。
