To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

九龍城泰國料理林立，小曼谷算老字號，水準穩定，服務好好嘅泰式料理店。🐷曼谷夜市火山骨🌋🦴令我想起泰國火車頭夜市，排骨煮到細細力咬就離骨，湯汁帶起晒肉嘅鮮味👍🏻🐔泰北木瓜椿鳳爪新嘢，木瓜沙律拼鳳瓜，2樣都酸酸甜甜有少少辣，好對味。海鮮孖寶 - 鹽燒東風螺 + 燒脆皮白鱔鹽燒東風螺，無浮誇嘅調味，簡簡單單鹽燒帶出累肉原味，火候拿捏得好好，累肉唔會乾柴👍🏻燒脆皮白鱔，魚皮燒到脆卜卜，魚肉彈牙無骨，油脂豐富，好食👍🏻🦐泰式生蝦刺身厚肉大隻，爽口冰涼，肉質結實，我個人可以食4隻👍🏻👍🏻食完先睇到有每日唔同嘅夜市堂食推介，有泰皇咖哩青口/泰國熱爆火山骨/傳統冬陰雞湯，每款都係$38，唯有下次試。
