To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 久不久也會來潮江春,其實美心集團旗下的中菜水準一向都很平均。去到銅鑼灣廣場,同一座大廈有翠園及潮江春,這天想吃潮洲菜,就來了這裏。晚上人很多,如果想來就要訂枱。我們六時半到達,當時人不多,一早也訂好枱,就馬上可以坐下。離開的時候八時十五分就看到很多人在門口等候;如果可以就早一點來較好。特定的 AE 咭有六折,真是便宜;我們也是看中了這點所以來品嘗;菜式在六折之後真的很抵食,我們都吃得很開心。先來前菜,雖然無甚特別但也大堆頭,當然也是好味道。沙爹牛河是我的至愛,河粉夠香滑,牛肉也有牛味,很新鮮,絕不是雪藏貨色;味道做得甚好,讓人大有食欲,不停想吃,直至吃光為止。潮州拼盤也是一絕,個人感覺蝦蟹棗是一絕,帶子不算大粒但味道也很好,螺片則比較行貨,硬了一點,但以 HKD280 六折的價錢,我已非常滿意。鵝片拼大腸,大腸有味,不過尚算乾淨,但下次不會叫;鵝片則做得甚好,鵝很香滑,味道也一流。班腩煲服務員說不常有,真是大堆頭,很抵食;不過調味則淡了一點,水準在佳寧娜或百樂之下,但我仍然滿意,班腩很香滑,不會腥。鮑魚扣鵝掌是今晚重點菜式之一,如有六折必叫,超超超水準之作。鵝掌腍到沒有牙也能吃,我最喜

沙爹牛河是我的至愛,河粉夠香滑,牛肉也有牛味,很新鮮,絕不是雪藏貨色;味道做得甚好,讓人大有食欲,不停想吃,直至吃光為止。



潮州拼盤也是一絕,個人感覺蝦蟹棗是一絕,帶子不算大粒但味道也很好,螺片則比較行貨,硬了一點,但以 HKD280 六折的價錢,我已非常滿意。

鵝掌腍到沒有牙也能吃,我最喜歡這類型的鵝掌,但真的不會有很多間酒樓做到這種水準,全部都是硬身的,吃鵝掌吃得好像跟人博鬥,我不喜歡。

鮑魚一切就開,炆得很腍,看到酒樓下了功夫,一點也不簡單。

我再說一次,來到潮江春,這是必叫項目。

整體感覺,長期來此吃飯也不會有錯,地點又好,六折後簡直是超值,菜式選擇又多又實際。

最後一提,這裏沒有 Coke Zero,這麼大的酒樓沒有 Coke Zero,我不太明白當中邏輯何在,如有關人士看到可以檢討一下,因為這不是要花千萬才可以改到的事情,買數罐 Coke Zero 放在雪櫃即可。

當一罐可樂二十元,我們昨天三個人酒樓已經賺少了六十六元。

有機會不妨去試試,包保你不會失望而回;比起很多酒樓,美心集團的酒樓真的實際很多。
