環境舒適乾淨,可挑菜品算多。可惜菜上桌後不夠熱,扣了分,店要多加注意!味道還算不錯,如果再減點油會更好,否則又油又唔夠熱就倒了點胃口,尤其是潮洲煎伊麵;糯米飯炒得比較濕,吃不出糯米的質感;杏汁豬肺湯,杏汁比較稠和濃,小朋友不喜歡;煎肉餅好吃;豆苗不夠熱所以覺得有點油,但炒得還是嫰口的;方魚炒芥蘭亦是同樣問題;普寧炸豆腐和炸子雞不過不失。雖然賣的是潮洲菜,但不是很正宗,可能是迎合大眾口味。總體還可以。

跟太湖海鲜城楼上楼下,又都是基本相同的菜式,所以就用他俩对比一下。太湖海鲜城是一家比较典型的港式茶楼(海鲜酒楼),而潮江春有比较强的内地风格,感觉偏新派广府茶楼,装修风格要新很多,也要fashion很多,偏暗色调,商业宴请性质更浓厚一些;就餐具的选用来说,潮江春比太湖海鲜城要“高端”一点,太湖海鲜城是厚一点的白瓷餐具,潮江春是薄一点的带花纹的餐具,味道嘛,都差不多,挺好的,应该还会再来。

屋企人好鍾意嚟呢度落腳,勝在招呼周到坐得舒服。呢間我就第一次嚟,平時多數去其他分店食晚飯,最鍾意飲潮州茶。但係午餐冇奉送潮州茶有少少失望。其實都有嗌點心食,但係因為限於相片嘅上載數量限制,只係精選咗部份出嚟。大部分食物都算中上表現。牙帶魚煎得外脆內十分香口。蜆芥鯪魚肉都好彈牙,最欣賞係佢啲粒粒蜆肉都好飽滿,出面真係好少有。另外豬紅都炆得幾入味,又唔會嚡口,處理得幾好。個魚麪放落去平平無奇,但係食落去好鬼Q彈。個春菜排骨,唔知係唔係唔啱季節,唔比我想像中個春菜係有少少分別。個蠔餅就乾咗少少,但係啲蠔肉就好飽滿。個普寧豆腐都處理得幾好,係可惜冇乜豆味。潮菜粿條就有少少似咸水角,個皮幾軟糯。但係個韭菜餃啲韭菜就唔算多,如果多番啲嘅話個韭菜味就會更加濃香。後來屋企人唔夠喉,嗌多咗個香酥芋蓉鴨,食落去冇乜驚喜。最後就嗌咗個綠豆爽同埋咖啡糕,唔算太甜,剛好清一清個味蕾。呢餐下午茶相當滿足!

屋企人好鍾意嚟呢度落腳,勝在招呼周到坐得舒服。呢間我就第一次嚟,平時多數去其他分店食晚飯,最鍾意飲潮州茶。但係午餐冇奉送潮州茶有少少失望。其實都有嗌點心食,但係因為限於相片嘅上載數量限制,只係精選咗部份出嚟。大部分食物都算中上表現。牙帶魚煎得外脆內十分香口。蜆芥鯪魚肉都好彈牙,最欣賞係佢啲粒粒蜆肉都好飽滿,出面真係好少有。另外豬紅都炆得幾入味,又唔會嚡口,處理得幾好。個魚麪放落去平平無奇,但係食落去好鬼Q彈。個春菜排骨,唔知係唔係唔啱季節,唔比我想像中個春菜係有少少分別。個蠔餅就乾咗少少,但係啲蠔肉就好飽滿。個普寧豆腐都處理得幾好,係可惜冇乜豆味。潮菜粿條就有少少似咸水角,個皮幾軟糯。但係個韭菜餃啲韭菜就唔算多,如果多番啲嘅話個韭菜味就會更加濃香。後來屋企人唔夠喉,嗌多咗個香酥芋蓉鴨,食落去冇乜驚喜。最後就嗌咗個綠豆爽同埋咖啡糕,唔算太甜,剛好清一清個味蕾。呢餐下午茶相當滿足!

時代進步,現在餐飲業已不復以往。
以往即使你餐廳地方爛蓉蓉,但如果食品好吃,依然可以門庭若市。

但到了今天如果你地方爛蓉蓉,即使食品好吃也一樣冇人問津。

裝修後的潮江春,將傳統和現代的元素結合,用餐環境比以前更佳。
飯局還未開始,已帶給人良好印象。

與其他美心酒樓不同,其他美心酒樓的茶是另購的,但質素很好👍
這裏的茶不需要額外收費,一壺茶一壺水奉上。
可是不知道是否器皿的問題,那壺熱水總是不夠熱,大大影響了茶的味道。

餐牌種類,比以前多了很多菜式,可是我還是喜歡最基本的家常菜。

是晚點了幾道菜:

手打魚丸雜菜煲
滷水拼盤(大腸 墨魚 紅腸 生腸)
滷水雙拼 翼拼鵝片
方魚肉碎粥一碗
蠔仔粥一碗

最後芒果布甸和綠豆清心丸作結。

潮州粥 $55蚊一碗,分量十足,蠔仔新鮮,你味道不過不失😆

兩份滷水,份量足夠,唯略嫌食物溫度不足,滷水味道不夠入味。其中鵝片略瘦,肉質有點柴。

是晚最出色的是手打魚丸,我們確實能吃到手打丸的Q彈口感和魚的鮮味。
雜菜煲熱到足夠,高湯味道鮮甜令裡面簡單的雜菜也成了人間美味😋

最後是我最喜歡的甜品環節,

芒果布甸上枱時,略嫌份量過小,但味道非常好吃👍👍👍👍

綠豆清心丸,綠豆蓉羹清爽,清心丸口感Q彈,十分可愛🥰

潮江春的甜品比外邊專精做甜品的店舖做得咁出色,這一點非常值得一讚。


評價:

是晚雖然有AE白金卡二人晚市的六折優惠。
但值得一提,以該餐廳的環境兼食品考量,即使沒有額外優惠折扣,這餐廳也是值得一訪。
