To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今晚家姐請食飯，揀咗親戚都就腳嘅九龍城。馥苑耐唔耐都會去飲茶食飯，水準好穩定，是晚亦唔例外。9個人叫咗9樣嘢。我最鍾意香口嘢，乳豬層肥膏好薄但又有啲肥唔會乾爭爭，夠熱又皮脆肉嫩🐽。玉樹麒麟蒸素豆腐，啲豆腐軟滑但豆味稍遜，除咗有彈嘅冬菇，原來仲有塊偏腍但仍爽嘅大頭菜，令到口感變化多端。沙薑雞點埋沙薑鹹香惹味，另一大愛💖！南乳炆粗齋有南乳味，啲豆腐索哂汁送飯最好。大海杉有兩食分別係炒同炆，魚肉幾滑唔錯。瑤柱蛋白炒飯粒粒分明，調味剛好唔會過鹹或冇味。其實已經飽飽地，但都加咗兩個餸：燒汁野菌炒豬頸肉，肉算爽、大良炒鮮奶冇燶味亦唔太油有水準。最後，送糖水居然有4款揀😱，我要咗好耐冇食過嘅麥米粥，唔太甜又有粒粒好好咬。成晚我哋都雞啄唔斷傾偈，好豐富同美滿嘅一個聚餐！😄
