To promote a new salt and sugar reduction (RSS) dietary culture and living style to the people of Hong Kong, the Environment and Ecology Bureau, the Committee on Reduction of Salt and Sugar in Food and the Centre for Food Safety of the Food and Environmental Hygiene Department have launched the "Less-Salt-and-Sugar Restaurants Scheme" ("Scheme"). Restaurants participated in the Scheme will offer less salt or sugar options to the consumer or even tailor-make less salt or sugar dishes in designated restaurants. Participating restaurants will be granted with the Scheme Labels for displaying in the premises for public identification. 有朋自遠方來,不亦樂乎,連小朋友一共六人,選了粉嶺碧湖商場地下13舖稻香酒家吃晚飯。侍應介紹有一個抵食套餐,半圍不收加一,$698。人老個腦都比較懶惰,看了一下套餐內容,好,就這樣。結果,雖然沒有太大驚喜,但朋友們卻吃得開心,大家都同意【抵食】。鴻運乳豬半隻:豬仔頭是隨意找來拼上,不是原豬,整體而言皮不脆,肥肉多,為免豬仔頭被重覆使用,蝠爺將豬仔頭的面珠仔分割,哈哈,日行一善。醬皇脆玉花枝蚌片:賣相不咋的,可說是貌不驚人,不過,全碟掃光,味道不錯。玉環瑤柱甫:給人的印象是亂,主角節瓜和瑤柱,雖然用料充足,但整體而言,吃到的是上湯和耗油味,失去節瓜和茶樹菇的原味。黃金蝦丸:彈牙可口,小朋友的恩物,全碟報銷。紅燒竹笙雞絲翅:那是上湯芡加小量魚翅配成,唉,幾百塊,人人有真翅吃,總比吃碗仔翅優勝,算啦。清蒸青斑:全圍是星斑,半圍是青斑,不過,這條青斑確實好味道,個個讃,得。鮑魚菇扒翡翠:冬菇多過鮑魚菇,喧賓奪主,翡翠應該用黃牙白,可惜用了幾元錢的娃娃菜,無甜味,因此,只吃到上湯加蠔油味,幾乎無人動筷子,失敗。脆皮醬燒雞:皮脆,得。肉質,尚算不太老,及格喇。福建炒飯:不過不失,及格。蟠桃壽包:小
