To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

今日沒有帶飯，想吃米線，於是就到這裡買外賣。我點了豬膶及酸菜，麻辣3小辣。這間米線及湯是分隔開的，上面裝米線，下面是湯。這個設計我是讚的，這樣就不會將米線浸淋。酸菜就沒有浸在湯，咬落爽口。而豬膶放在湯內，我覺得豬膶有點過熟，但口感還可以。味道方面，辣度及麻辣的味道不及三哥，麻辣味不夠濃，辣的程度也不同，同樣的辣都不夠辣的，整體份量可以說是剛剛好。其實水準一般，醫飽肚是一個選擇。但因為午飯時間實在太多人，又有大量某外送外賣公司，等了20分鐘才有，而午飯時間只有一小時，浪費了很多時間，可能堂食會比較快，下次應該不會再去。
