To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

這天點了海鮮喇沙米線和鹹蛋蒸肉餅配米飯，每款食物也送無味精老火湯和熱飲。老火湯味道比較清淡，不過因為是沒加味精的，喝得健康。海鮮喇沙米線先送上，先試湯頭，很辣，我是愛辣之人，也覺得真的辣了一點點。這海鮮米線的食材很豐富，有蝦、青口、魷魚和蟹柳各兩件，還有炸豆腐4件，各款食材的質感都很不錯，美中不足的是米線煮得過軟，不夠爽口彈牙。海鮮米線還附有兩件春卷，皮脆，內饀滾燙熱辣，可惜沒有酸甜醬作伴，否則會更好吃。鹹蛋肉餅飯的鹹蛋切成條狀，賣相特別，肉餅味道比較清淡，肉質也不夠鬆軟，比較一般。
