To encourage eatery outlets to reduce food waste at source together with customers through offering portioned meals and adopting food waste reduction measures, the Environmental Protection Department has launched the “Food Wise Eateries” Scheme. Participants will be awarded with a Food Wise Eateries (FWE) accreditation status if they comply with the assessment criteria and will be granted with the FWE Logo and Stickers for displaying in the premises and their promotion for public identification. Applications are accepted all year round and are FREE of charge.

剛去完日本旅行，回港當然最想食碗 "土產" 清湯牛腩粉! 上一次記得吃過華姐的清湯腩粉，很回味，所以今晚再返來encore! 華姐的位置很方便，就在天后地鐵站出口2分鐘內的路程! 今次點了清湯腩金錢肚米粉走葱，而友人點了清湯腩米粉。上一次來的時候牛腩肉質很稔滑，但今次的肉質就很鞋... 還帶點硬... 還點了腩汁蘿蔔，有牛腩的香甜。煮時應該加了點冰糖，因白蘿蔔內有陣陣甜味，但又不至於太甜，火候控制得剛剛好! 餐牌選擇不少。除了牛腩粉之外，還有擔擔麵、上海雲吞、紅油抄手、雞翼等美食。藉得一讚的是雖然這裡生意興隆，但侍應仍能保持態度輕鬆良好!  (因有很多 "名牌" 食肆因人龍不斷，侍應態度難免急燥!) 所以雖然坐位並不寬敞，但都可以吃得自在! Thumbs up!  希望下次再來時牛腩質素有改善啦 !
